  Many of our current lifestyles are busy with lots of commitments that are demanding, and leave us with little time to relax. We are constantly on the go. 

 With all the pressures of today-  Remember to give yourself some Grace.  De-stress.  BREATHE 

 Modalities such as Swedish, Cupping (silicone), Trigger point, and Hot stone are some of the modalies that may be used to give you the best massage session possible. 

 I enjoy helping people, and have twenty years of experience being in the massage therapy and bodywork industry.  My hope is to give you the space you need- to relax, or if you have a chronic issues to work on- I am here for you.
